Abstract Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is a commonly recognized vestibular disorder which characterized by brief periods of and characteristic nystagmus. The nystagmus often difficult to appreciate with naked eyes hence video oculography helpful tool. Dizziness Handicap Inventory an objective way assess the impact on quality life. Objective Our study here aims at diagnosing undiagnosed, missed cases BPPV using video-oculography managing it repositioning manoeuvre. This also measuring Scores pre post We observed association between Vitamin D levels occurrence BPPV. Methods Materials One hundred twenty-six patients were enrolled in age group 18-70 years. After recognizing BPPV, evaluation was performed. Those suggestive history suspicion multiple canal involvement taken for video-oculography. Results Forty-four 50-60 years, having female predominance. 35.71% clinical examination correctly diagnosed mean pre-intervention DHI 41.29 ± 15.90 lowered down 14.84 11.52 post-intervention period. highest scores seen multi-canal involving lateral posterior semi-circular canals. Conclusion With help vide-oculography we could diagnose more anterior multi are missed. Maximum number participants had insufficient Vitamin-D our opinion correcting would reduce recurrence rate..
